 Once you have become a fully patched member the option of being a nomad will be open to you.

 All bylaws of a patched member should be followed.

 If you think you can benefit the club by being nomad ask for a transfer from your club president.

 Nomads are allowed to have membership to all sanctioned crews but no vote. However, your active crew will be the nomad crew.
